For Ceren, working with BariStars is a stepping stone to much bigger plans: opening and launching her very own cafe.
Ceren has been with the BariStars team for 18 months, working closely with Crew Coordinator Tania. Her contribution to the team has been incredible, as she has picked up new skills at an extraordinary pace and made herself an irreplaceable part of the team.
鈥淚鈥檓 18 years old with an unidentified unique syndrome, which leaves me to be the only one in the world,鈥� she says.

Starting a new role isn鈥檛 always easy. For Ceren, working with Tania played a significant role in helping her develop confidence in the role.
鈥淚 was shy, nervous and very anxious on the first day. Tania made me feel very welcome and comfortable, and allowed me to play my playlist.鈥�
Since her first day, Ceren has come a long way, now confidently taking orders, making coffee independently, and eagerly looking for any feedback, customers, and the team must help her grow.
Working so closely together, Tania has noticed a massive improvement. She notes her ability to not only serve quality coffee but also manage the rush period calmly and make strong connections with customers. With some more practice, this experience will help launch Ceren into working independently one day.
Working with a strong and encouraging team, Ceren has come a long way since day 1. Learning to work the BariStars van and learning to make coffee have allowed her to practice picking up new skills quickly. According to Ceren鈥檚 supportive mum, Sue, this has helped bring her out of her shell, boosting her confidence and independence.

With her team鈥檚 support, Ceren has big plans. She鈥檚 learnt a lot during her time with 春梦直播, and she hopes to take these skills far!
鈥淢y future goal is to open my cafe or coffee cart, where I can run my own business with the experience I got from my trainer and BariStars.鈥�
For the BariStars team, this is what it鈥檚 all about. Participants like Ceren can develop their skills to not only work independently but also gain the confidence they need to make any dream achievable.
